yeah.. had tutor training for OGTT for about 1.5hrs.. so the head tutor explained about the practical .. then we also had our random blood glucose measured hahaha.. we had to prick ourselves lah.. ada lah this one girl (another tutor) beside me .. ya takut kn prick lah.. the ya ckp "i'll count to 3 and we'll prick together.. " hahaha.. ijap banar ya..
after OGTT training.. mostly menalur kraja ku.. nda plang bnyk menalur... we prepared buffer for expts tomorro.. then bali barang for the lab.. mcm needles.. syringes.. then the rest of the day arah lab liat youtube.. hahaha
bah atu sja..masa ani c Hsn and Frh menalur.. durang recommend2 video dri youtube lah.. haha.. so aku simpan lah recommended videos durang...
