had full day tdi.. buat oxidative stress measurements.. akhirnya~~~ bebuat jua.. surprisingly it went quite well.. alhamdullilah.. started around 10am to about 5.00pm.. i think the procedures took more time compared to langendorffs+organ baths.. hahaha.. but very tedious lah.. all the pipetting stuffs.. arghh.. then we also have a lab meeting tdi.. skajap sja.. before my supervisor going to India tomorrow! woohoo.. hahaha.. he'll not be in the lab for about 2 wks i think... hahaha.. oh well.. still we hav to do stuffs and finish off our expts... tomorrow.. do histology.. one of the many steps of histology to be done tomorrow.. oh yeah .. i also handed in my draft for my materials and methods section for my thesis.. at least part of the thesis done! hahaha.. bah atu sja lah.. ngalih ku..
