read about frisbee on rano and decided to go and try it out!! .. Mash came along as we use to be frisbee freaks hahaha lols.. it was organised by BARA association.. oh well..im not really familiar with this association.. but the session was pretty good for a 2hr session.. they explained almost eveything about frisbee.. we were taught how to throw frisbees.. catch it.. defending.. and lastly played a game.. it was so hot! gila makin tan ku masa ani.. hahahha .. it was tiring. as well .. coz im not used to runnnig on field hahaha maybe not enough stamina as well haha :p .. maybe we'll try out the next session again.. then at night.. me, Krl, Mhdr, Fau, Leah, Afrh went to Palm Garden for dinner.. it was good catching up with them.. since all 6 of us were there.. hahaha.. as usual.. good laugh all the way.. ada2 sja kn d cakapkan.. hahahah
