awu.. sasakku banar!!.. my experiment for organ baths didnt go very well.. but my langendorffs were good.. arghhh.. we thought at first .. they were something with the drugs.. then i told my supervisor.. he said .. try again and use with new set of drugs.. kami cuba jua lah with the strongest conc... nda jua contract banar.. then nda menjadi lah!!.. then i said .. it must be something wrong with the vessels.. then he said .. it cannot be the vessels.. then it turns up .. it must be something wrong with the buffer!.. arghh.. i was pretty sure i was right when i was making it.. arghhh.. so i have to do organ baths again for the same group.. luckily i hav 4 rats left for that group..
